Crisp and golden garlic bread slathered in butter, perfect for snacking or pairing with pizza, pasta, or soup. An iconic Aussie BBQ staple with a nostalgic touch. Versatile recipe, easily adaptable for vegan, gluten-free, or keto diets.
Ingredients:
  • 35cm baguette
  • 60g butter, softened
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 20.00 ml fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves, finely chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Slice the bread into 2.5cm-thick slices without completely separating them.
  • Mix together creamy butter, minced garlic, and fresh parsley in a bowl. Season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Evenly coat the fluffy insides of the bread slices with this flavorful mixture. Encase the entire loaf in foil for baking.
  • Bake until butter is melted, bread is crisp, and aroma fills the air. Enjoy hot out of the oven.
