Cheesy garlic butter chicken breasts coated in Cheddar bread crumbs.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.75 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 0.5 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1.5 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt
  • 8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - pounded thin
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, gently melt the butter and sauté the garlic until tender, for approximately 5 minutes.
  • Combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Cheddar cheese, parsley, oregano, pepper, and salt in a shallow bowl.
  • Coat each chicken breast generously in the flavorful garlic butter, then coat them with the crunchy bread crumb mixture. Place the coated chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish, making sure to pour any leftover butter on top and sprinkle any remaining bread crumbs for extra crunchiness.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
