Ingredients:
  • 6 garlic bulbs, cloves separated
  • 284.38 gm Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 bay leaves
Instructions:
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine garlic, oil, and bay leaves. Cook until small bubbles begin to form, about 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low and continue cooking until garlic is soft, about 40 minutes. Transfer to a sterilized jar and let cool.
