Garlicky kale, a flavorful twist on a superfood!
Ingredients:
  • 1 bunch kale
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions:
  • Separate the kale leaves from the stems by tearing them into bite-size pieces; discard the stems.
  • In a large pot over medium heat, sauté the garlic in olive oil until soft, for about 2 minutes. Add the kale and cook until vibrant green and tender, for about 5 minutes.
