Grilled mahi mahi marinated in zesty lemon juice, white Zinfandel wine, and garlic for maximum flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup white Zinfandel wine
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
  • 4 (8 ounce) mahi mahi fillets
Instructions:
  • Get that outdoor grill all fired up to a medium heat and give the grate a light coating of oil.
  • Combine wine, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper in a shallow bowl. Add mahi mahi fillets, ensuring they are well coated. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the fillets from the marinade, ensuring to shake off any excess moisture. Dispose of the marinade.
  • Grill fillets until easily flaked with a fork, about 4 to 5 minutes per side.
