Ingredients:
  • 150 g dried trofie or fusilli
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 250 g mixed mushrooms
  • 25 g Parmesan cheese
  • 2 heaped tablespoons half-fat crème fraîche
Instructions:
  • Boil the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain, saving a cup of cooking water. Slice the garlic and sauté in olive oil with mushrooms until golden. Season and cook for 8 minutes. Add the drained pasta to the pan with reserved water. Grate in Parmesan, stir in crème fraîche, season, and serve with more Parmesan on top.
