Garlic Potatoes

Easy and flavorful garlic parsley mashed red potatoes.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds red potatoes, cut into large chunks
  • 1 clove garlic, halved lengthwise
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
  • In a large pot, combine potatoes and garlic, then cover them with salted water. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat, cover, and simmer for roughly 20 minutes until very tender. Drain and let steam dry for a minute or two.
  • Place the potatoes back in the pot, add milk, and season with salt. Mash until smooth, then gently fold in the parsley.
