Elevate summer salad with prawns into a stunning Christmas centerpiece.
Ingredients:
  • 1 large fresh mozzarella ball, thickly sliced
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 9-12 cooked prawns, peeled, tails intact
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Fresh basil leaves, to scatter
  • 36.40 gm garlic-infused extra virgin olive oil
  • 20.00 ml red wine vinegar
Instructions:
  • Create an elegant circle on a platter with mozzarella, tomato, and prawns.
  • Garnish with halved cherry tomatoes and fresh basil, and add seasoning to taste.
  • Whisk together the olive oil and vinegar, then generously pour over the salad before serving.
