Quick and easy fattoush salad with just 8 ingredients, ready in 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (300g each) pkt fresh garlic prawns
  • 350g cherry tomato medley, halved
  • 50g brown rice chips, wild rice
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, peeled into ribbons
  • 1 green shallot, trimmed, thinly sliced
  • 42.40 gm Greek lemon dressing
  • 62.50 ml fresh coriander sprigs
  • Sumac, to sprinkle
Instructions:
  • Prepare succulent prawns according to the instructions on the packet.
  • Assemble prawns, tomato, rice chips, cucumber, and shallot on a platter. Top with dressing, coriander, and sumac for a flavorful finish.
