Garlic prawns with lemon

Prawn salad with fresh, vibrant flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 60ml white wine
  • 6 small garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1kg green prawns, peeled, deveined, leaving tails intact
  • 100g pkt baby watercress salad
  • Lemon wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a non-stick shallow frying pan over medium-high heat, warm the oil, wine, and garlic until sizzling. Add the prawns and sear each side for 1-2 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Combine the prawns with the salad, then generously drizzle with the flavorful garlic dressing from the pan. Serve alongside the lemon wedges for a burst of citrusy freshness.
