Roasted garlic broccoli tossed in lemon juice and shaved parmesan.
Ingredients:
  • 1 head broccoli, washed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup Dietz & Watson Shaved Parmesan Cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • Prepare the broccoli by washing it thoroughly and cutting it into bite-sized pieces before arranging it on a large rimmed baking sheet.
  • Mince the garlic and mix it with the broccoli.
  • Drizzle the broccoli with 3 tablespoons of flavorful extra virgin olive oil, then generously season with coarse black pepper and kosher salt for a perfect balance of flavors.
  • Roast in the oven until the broccoli is tender, about 20-25 minutes.
  • Drizzle with zesty lemon juice, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and drizzle with a tablespoon of olive oil; serve promptly.
