Garlic butter roasted carrots: tender, caramelized perfection straight from the oven.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound carrots, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and elegantly line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut the carrots diagonally into 1/4-inch-thick slices, and transfer to a bowl. Drizzle with melted butter and add fresh garlic, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread the seasoned carrots onto the baking sheet evenly.
  • Roast the carrots in the preheated oven until they are lightly caramelized and soft, for about 20 to 22 minutes. Finish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
