Garlic snow pea sprouts

Delicious green veggie delight!
Ingredients:
  • 36.80 gm vegetable oil
  • 5 garlic cloves, thinly sliced lengthways
  • 3 small fresh red chillies, thinly sliced crossways
  • 20.00 ml sesame oil
  • 300g snow pea sprouts
  • 40.00 ml rice vinegar (Amoy brand)
Instructions:
  • In a sizzling wok, heat oil until smoking. Stir in garlic and chilli, cooking for 1 minute until garlic turns crisp. Finish by adding sesame oil and stir-frying until piping hot.
  • Combine sprouts in a hot stir-fry for 2 minutes until tender. Remove from heat, then add vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Toss well and transfer to a serving platter. Serve promptly.
