Garlic and salt seasoned pork chops, butterflied and baked to perfection in the oven - a quick and delicious dinner option.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 4 (5 ounce) butterflied pork chops, trimmed
  • 2 pinches garlic powder, divided
  • 2 pinches seasoned salt, divided
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) while generously coating the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter.
  • Combine eggs and milk in a shallow bowl. Dip pork chops in the mixture, then transfer to the baking dish. Season with a pinch of garlic powder and seasoned salt.
  • After baking for 10 minutes, flip the chops and season the other side with garlic powder and seasoned salt as before. Continue cooking until the pork is no longer pink in the center, which should take about 10 more minutes. Use an instant-read thermometer; it should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C) when inserted into the center.
