Caramelized apples and onions in butter - perfect pork pairing, ready in 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 4 tart apples, cored and chopped
  • salt to taste
Instructions:
  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until the foam subsides. Sauté the onion until translucent, approximately 5 minutes. Incorporate the apples and continue cooking until both the onions and apples start to brown and the apples are tender, about 10 minutes more. Season with salt to taste.
