Delicious cake with chocolate chips and walnuts, reminiscent of a giant cookie, ideal for gatherings and celebrations.
Ingredients:
  • 2.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C, then grease a 10-inch springform pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine the flour and baking soda in a bowl.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to cream together butter, brown sugar, pudding mix, white sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs and mix well. Gradually mix in the flour mixture, then fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts.
  • Transfer the batter into the springform pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the top turns light golden brown, approximately 25 minutes. Allow to cool for about 20 minutes before cutting.
