Ultimate Australian summer party punch with Gin, pineapple juice, and elderflower cordial - a guaranteed crowd-pleaser!
Ingredients:
  • 1000.00 ml crushed ice
  • 1050.00 gm chilled pineapple juice
  • 250.00 ml Tanqueray gin
  • 125.00 ml elderflower cordial
  • 1/2 small pineapple, peeled, sliced into thin rounds
  • 62.50 ml fresh mint leaves, torn
  • 1.25 litres soda water, chilled
Instructions:
  • Fill a beautiful 3.5 litre (14-cup-capacity) glass serving bowl with ice. Pour in the pineapple juice, gin, and cordial.
  • Squeeze lime wedges into the bowl, then add the lime wedges, pineapple slices, and mint to the punch. Pour in the soda water, stir gently, and serve right away.
