Ginger garlic dipping sauce

Ingredients:
  • 180g fresh ginger, peeled, coarsely chopped
  • 4 large garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
  • 2 green shallots, sliced
  • 3.00 gm salt
  • 125mls (1/2 cup) peanut oil
Instructions:
  • Combine ginger and garlic in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped (avoid making a paste). Add green shallots and salt; pulse briefly to combine. Transfer to a bowl and slowly whisk in peanut oil until well combined. Serve with steamed chicken.
