Zesty ginger, orange, lime, and mint create a refreshing summer punch perfect for barbecues.
Ingredients:
  • 2 small oranges
  • 5 baby cucumbers
  • 2 small lemons, thinly sliced
  • 750.00 ml ice cubes
  • 750ml bottle green ginger wine, chilled
  • 500.00 ml chilled lemonade
  • 6 fresh mint sprigs
Instructions:
  • Squeeze the juice of 1 orange (yielding about 1/4 cup). Slice the remaining orange thinly. Use a vegetable peeler to create long, thin cucumber ribbons. Combine orange slices, cucumber ribbons, lemon slices, and ice cubes in a 1.5-liter jug.
  • Combine orange juice, wine, and lemonade, stirring well. Garnish with fresh mint before serving.
