Elevate weeknight dining with this quick 15-minute salad board for a fun, interactive meal experience!
Ingredients:
  • 400g Australian Chicken Breast Fillets Ginger Chilli & Coriander
  • 700g mixed medley tomatoes, sliced
  • 120g pkt Australian 4 Leaf Salad
  • 210g tub bocconcini, drained, thinly sliced
  • 40.00 ml balsamic dressing
Instructions:
  • Preheat a greased chargrill pan over medium-low heat. Grill the chicken for 5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Place on a plate, cover to retain warmth, and slice thinly before serving.
  • As you wait, delicately place the tomato, salad leaves, and bocconcini on a beautiful serving platter. Gently drizzle with the dressing and present alongside the chicken. Remember to season before serving.
