Fall-favorite glazed Bundt® cake inspired by apple cider doughnuts.
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) package white cake mix
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 4 eggs
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 0.75 cup apple cider
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously coat a fluted tube pan (like a Bundt®) with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, mix cake mix, 1 cup apple cider, eggs, butter, and vanilla pudding mix until smooth. Pour the batter into the tube pan.
  • Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 40 minutes in the preheated oven.
  • Combine confectioners' sugar and 3/4 cup apple cider in a small bowl and mix to create the glaze.
  • Drizzle glaze over the cake, allowing it to seep into the cake and cascade down the sides of the pan for 30 minutes. Flip onto a plate and cool fully for another 30 minutes before serving.
