Make juicy pork steaks with apple cider and mustard glaze for a delicious weeknight dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 36.80 gm vegetable oil
  • 8 Pork Sirloin Steaks
  • 160ml apple cider
  • 60ml cider vinegar
  • 12.00 gm brown sugar
  • 23.40 gm seeded mustard
  • 375g pkt Fresh Chunky Vegetable Stir-Fry
  • 2 x 250g pkt microwavable brown rice and quinoa
  • 80ml oyster sauce
Instructions:
  • In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, heat half of the oil. Cook the pork for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Then, transfer pork to a plate.
  • - Reduce the heat to medium. - Stir in cider, vinegar, sugar, and mustard in the same pan. - Cook and stir for 5 minutes until slightly thickened. - Add the pork back to the pan and cook for an additional 2 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Heat the leftover oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Sauté the garlic and vegetable mix for 5 minutes until nearly tender. Stir in the quinoa mix and oyster sauce, cook for 2 more minutes until heated through, stirring constantly.
  • Serve the quinoa fried rice on serving plates and generously top with the savory pork.
