Tasty glazed pork with balsamic vinegar, honey, and oregano. Cook in hot oven, brush on glaze. Serve with beans and tomatoes, or potatoes and salad.
Ingredients:
  • 500g pork fillets, trimmed, halved
  • 9.20 gm olive oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 89.38 gm honey
  • 20.00 ml oregano, roughly chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • Steamed green beans
  • Roasted cherry tomatoes, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to a piping hot 200°C.
  • Drizzle pork fillets with oil, season with pepper, and transfer to a baking dish. Roast in the oven for 10 minutes.
  • Coat with a flavorful mixture of vinegar, honey, oregano, and garlic. Roast for an additional 5-10 minutes until desired doneness. Allow the dish to rest, lightly covered with foil, for 5 minutes. Slice into thick pieces before serving.
  • Present the pork on a flavorful bed of beans and tomatoes, then elegantly drizzle with the remaining vinegar mixture.
