Kid-friendly gluten-free banana bread that pleases even the pickiest eaters!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups gluten-free all purpose baking flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 0.5 cup turbinado sugar
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 6 ripe bananas, mashed
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Cream butter and sugar together in a separate bowl. Stir in eggs, maple syrup, and mashed bananas until well blended. Fold the banana mixture into the flour mixture until just moistened. Transfer the batter to a loaf pan and bake.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 20-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center of the loaf. For muffins or cupcakes, bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
