Gluten-free savory scones - made with Bisquick® Gluten Free mix, bacon, and cheese for a buttery, delicious treat in just five ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Bisquick™ Gluten Free mix
  • 4 oz gluten-free Gruyère cheese, shredded (1 cup)
  • 6 slices gluten-free bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F. Combine Bisquick mix, cheese, and bacon in a large bowl. Mix in whipping cream until a dough forms.
  • Separate the dough into two equal parts. Gently shape each portion into a 6-inch round on a surface dusted with Bisquick mix. Cut each round into 6 wedges. Arrange the wedges on an ungreased cookie sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart. Brush the tops with melted butter for a golden finish.
  • Bake for 18-22 minutes until beautifully golden. Quickly transfer from baking sheet to cooling rack. Enjoy warm.
