Decadent gluten-free brownies for your ultimate indulgence!
Ingredients:
  • 125g unsalted butter, chopped
  • 125g Baking Dark Chocolate, chopped
  • 3 eggs, lightly whisked
  • 335g (1 1/2 cups) white sugar
  • 110g almond meal
  • 30g (1/4 cup) Dutch cocoa powder
  • 4.40 gm vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180C (160C fan forced). Grease a 20cm square cake pan and line it with baking paper.
  • In a heatproof bowl set over simmering water, melt butter and chocolate together, making sure the bowl does not touch the water. Stir with a metal spoon until smooth. Take off heat. Quickly mix in the egg, sugar, almond meal, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt until just combined. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 35 minutes, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs clinging. Let it cool completely before serving.
