Bake tasty gluten-free muffins in just 15 minutes using Bisquick® mix for a delightful treat.
Ingredients:
  • 6 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 1/3 cups Bisquick™ Gluten Free mix
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F and generously spray 12 regular-size muffin cups with non-stick cooking spray (without flour).
  • Mix together 6 tablespoons of butter, brown sugar, and pecans in a small bowl. Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin cups. In a medium bowl, combine the remaining ingredients until a soft dough forms. Spoon the dough into each muffin cup.
  • Bake for 12 to 14 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Invert the pan onto a cookie sheet, allowing the brown sugar mixture to drizzle over the muffins for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the pan and top the muffins with any remaining topping. Serve warm.
