Elevate your snacking with a unique and delicious twist on classic peanut brittle.
Ingredients:
  • 8 cups Rice Chex™ cereal
  • 1 cup salted peanuts
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 300°F and generously coat two 15x10x1-inch pans with cooking spray.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, ensuring they are evenly coated. Spread the mixture in pans in a single layer.
  • Bake until light golden brown, usually 20 to 22 minutes. Let cool on waxed paper for about 15 minutes, then break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
