Delicious gluten-free chocolate chip cookies with almond flour, rivaling traditional favorites.
Ingredients:
  • 2.5 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup chopped toasted pecans
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 cup grapeseed oil
  • 1 egg
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and grease 2 baking sheets.
  • In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, brown sugar, pecans, chocolate chips, baking soda, and salt. Stir in oil, egg, and vanilla extract until a dough ball forms.
  • Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them 1 inch apart on the baking sheets.
  • Bake in the oven preheated to perfection until edges are firm and lightly golden, for approximately 11 minutes.
