Gluten-Free Chocolate Chunk Cookie Layer Bars

Decadent gluten-free dessert with chocolate, coconut, and almonds over a soft cookie crust. A taste of gluten-free bliss.
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (14 oz) Immaculate Baking Co.™ Gluten Free chocolate chunk cookie dough
  • 1/2 cup canned sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free white vanilla baking chips
  • 1/3 cup raw coconut flakes
  • 1/3 cup chopped natural almonds
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Prepare an 8-inch square pan by lining it with foil and spraying the foil with cooking spray. Press cookie dough rounds flat and even into the bottom of the pan.
  • Bake for 20 to 22 minutes, or until the crust is a beautiful golden brown and puffy. Drizzle condensed milk evenly on top, then sprinkle the remaining ingredients evenly over the surface.
  • Bake for 32 to 36 minutes until bubbly along the edges and the coconut is lightly toasted. Allow to cool completely on a rack for about 2 hours. Cut into 16 squares.
