Decadent chocolate brownies suitable for dairy-free and gluten-free diets.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup vegan semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.25 cup canola oil
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
  • 0.33333334326744 cup cocoa powder
  • 0.33333331346512 cup gluten-free flour
  • 0.125 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon coffee-flavored liqueur
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Melt chocolate and canola oil in a large glass bowl in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Combine eggs and coffee granules with the melted chocolate. Sift sugar, cocoa powder, flour, and baking soda into a bowl, then add to the chocolate mixture and stir until fully incorporated. Mix in coffee liqueur and vanilla extract.
  • Transfer your luscious brownie batter into a square 8-inch baking dish.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes until the edges start to dry.
