Yogurt-based chocolate banana popsicles - a playful frozen delight.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (4-serving size) chocolate fudge sugar-free fat-free instant pudding and pie filling mix
  • 2 cups fat-free (skim) milk
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1 container Yoplait® Light very vanilla yogurt
  • 8 waxed paper cups (5-oz size)
  • 8 craft sticks (flat wooden sticks with round ends)
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk until smooth. Allow it to sit for 5 minutes until it thickens.
  • In a small bowl, use a fork to mash the banana, then mix in the yogurt.
  • Prepare the paper cups in an 8-inch pan for easier handling. Add 2 tablespoons of pudding into each cup, followed by the yogurt mixture. Finish by topping each cup with the remaining pudding mixture. Tap the cups on a work surface to level the top, then insert a wooden stick into the center of each pop.
  • Place the freeze pops in the freezer for about 2 hours until they are completely solid. Store the frozen pops in a plastic freezer bag in the freezer. Remember to peel off the paper cups before serving.
