Get ready for a showstopper bundt cake with blue and maize frosting, infused with pudding mix for ultimate moistness. Cheers all around!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 box (4-serving size) French vanilla-flavor instant pudding & pie filling mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting (from 16-oz container)
  • 3/4 teaspoon Betty Crocker™ blue gel food color
  • 1/8 teaspoon Betty Crocker™ red gel food color
  • 1/8 teaspoon Betty Crocker™ yellow gel food color
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and generously coat a 12-cup fluted tube cake pan with baking spray that includes flour.
  • In a large bowl, using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat together cake mix, dry pudding mix, water, oil, and eggs for 2 minutes. Remember to scrape the bowl occasionally. Transfer the mixture to the pan.
  • Bake for 38 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 20 minutes. Run a metal spatula around the edges of the pan to loosen the cake, then transfer it to a cooling rack. Allow the cake to cool completely for about 1 hour.
  • Place cake on a serving platter. Divide frosting evenly between 2 small microwavable bowls. Mix blue and red food color into one bowl until navy blue. Stir yellow food color into the other bowl. Microwave the navy blue frosting uncovered on High for 10 to 15 seconds until thin. Drizzle warmed navy blue frosting over the cake in a striped pattern using a spoon. Repeat the microwaving and drizzling process with the yellow frosting. Chill for about 30 minutes until the frosting is set. Store the cake loosely covered at room temperature.
