Golden cornflake crust topped with creamy cheese and assorted fruit for a vibrant and delicious fruit pizza dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup crushed cornflakes
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow fluff
  • 0.5 cup sliced strawberries, or to taste
  • 2 apricots, sliced, or to taste
  • 2 kiwi, peeled and sliced, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Combine cornflakes, butter, corn syrup, and sugar in a bowl, then firmly press onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake until the crust is golden brown in the preheated oven for around 5 minutes. Drizzle the crust with honey and cool in the refrigerator for approximately 15 minutes.
  • Combine the creamy cream cheese and fluffy marshmallow in a bowl until velvety; spread over the cooled crust, leaving a charming 1/2-inch border. Chill in the refrigerator until perfectly cold, around 15 minutes.
  • Layer sliced strawberries, apricots, and kiwi on top of the creamy cheese mixture.
