Gooey Chocolate Cookie Bars

Indulgent cookie bars loaded with chunky chocolate and creamy marshmallows.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix
  • Vegetable oil, water and egg called for on cookie mix pouch
  • 1 jar (7-oz.) marshmallow crème
  • 8 creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, coarsely chopped (1 cup)
  • 1/3 cup M&M's® minis chocolate candies
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare cookie mix according to package instructions using oil, water, and egg. Spread dough in ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan and bake for 10 minutes until just set.
  • Microwave a jar of marshmallow crème uncovered on Low for 30 seconds. Spread it over the partially baked crust, then top with chopped cookies and chocolate candies. Enjoy!
  • Bake for an additional 12 to 14 minutes until the marshmallows are lightly browned. Allow to cool completely for about 1 hour.
