Indulge in tender pork chops with a sweet graham cracker crust, paired with a delicious apple cranberry chutney and creamy sweet potato mash.
Ingredients:
  • 4 thick cut pork chops
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for the perfect cooking environment.
  • Wash the pork chops and dry them gently. Mix graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon, curry powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a big resealable plastic bag. Dip the pork chops in the beaten egg, then add them to the bag; shake well to cover them evenly.
  • Arrange the pork chops in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cook in the oven until the pork is fully cooked, around 40 minutes. Check with a meat thermometer; it should read 145°F (63°C) in the center.
