A classic favorite with rich, nutty taste perfected over time.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 egg
Instructions:
  • Mix together flour, graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and pecans in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine milk, butter, and egg, then add to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  • Preheat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the griddle. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot.
