Whip up tasty grain-free chocolate chip cookies with cranberries for a crowd-pleasing treat!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 3 cups almond flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 0.25 cup dried cranberries
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and give your baking sheet a light, flavorful coat of grease.
  • Using an electric mixer, cream together butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract, continue beating until well combined. Gently fold in almond flour, baking soda, and salt until dough forms. Mix in chocolate chips and cranberries. Place teaspoonfuls of dough onto baking sheet.
  • Bake until beautifully golden and firm, approximately 12 minutes in the preheated oven.
