Baked hard-boiled eggs filled with a savory ham and cream cheese topping, finished with seasoned breadcrumbs.
Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons diced cooked ham
  • 0.25 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • In a saucepan, gently nestle the eggs and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then promptly remove from heat. Let the eggs sit in the hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Take the eggs out, let them cool, and peel. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks.
  • Mix cream cheese, onion, and ham in a small bowl until fully incorporated. Fill the eggs with the mixture, ensuring the tops are covered. Transfer the eggs to a small baking dish, spray with cooking spray, and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  • Place in a hot oven for 4 to 5 minutes until golden and piping hot. Enjoy while warm.
