Flavorful Greek chicken with zesty lemon-garlic marinade and fresh herbs for delicious grilled dish.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 (4 pound) chicken, cut into pieces
Instructions:
  • Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, thyme, and oregano in a glass dish. Add chicken pieces, ensuring they are well coated. Refrigerate, covered, for 8 hours to overnight for maximum flavor infusion.
  • Prepare the outdoor grill by preheating it to high heat and lightly oiling the grate.
  • Grill the chicken, discarding the marinade. Cook until chicken is no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear, about 15 minutes per side (smaller pieces will cook faster). Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) using an instant-read thermometer.
