Succulent Beyond Meat Greek burgers with zesty tzatziki sauce for a flavorful, plant-based delight.
Ingredients:
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Greek seasoning (such as Cavender's®)
  • 4 Beyond Meat® burger patties
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 8 leaves lettuce
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 1 small tomato, sliced
  • 12 pitted Kalamata olives, halved
Instructions:
  • Grate cucumber and let it sit in a colander for 10 minutes to drain. Gently squeeze out any excess liquid using paper towels.
  • Combine the refreshing flavors of cucumber, creamy yogurt, zesty garlic, tangy lemon juice, fresh dill, and a hint of salt in a small bowl, and let the flavors meld together.
  • Get your outdoor grill ready by preheating it to a medium-high heat and giving the grate a light coating of oil.
  • Season burger patties with a generous amount of Greek seasoning on both sides.
  • Grill the patties for 4 minutes on each side. Serve on buns with lettuce, onion, tomato, olives, and cucumber sauce.
