Greek steak salad-in-a-jar: Easy and vibrant weekday lunch option.
Ingredients:
  • 10 fluid ounces Greek salad dressing
  • 5 wide-mouth quart Mason jars
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1.25 cups pitted Kalamata olives
  • 2 red onions, diced
  • 15 ounces cooked steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 10 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1.25 cups crumbled feta cheese
  • 0.75 cup croutons
Instructions:
  • Evenly distribute the Greek dressing among the 5 jars as the first layer. Follow with the tomato halves evenly divided among the jars to create the next layer. Finish by topping the tomatoes with a mixture of Kalamata olives and red onions.
  • In each jar, layer 3 ounces of steak on top of the onions. Add 2 cups of romaine over the steak, and sprinkle 1/4 cup of feta cheese on the romaine. Seal the jars and refrigerate until serving.
  • Distribute croutons evenly into 5 individual small resealable plastic bags.
