Bacon-wrapped bell pepper wedges filled with feta and pimento mix - a delicious and savory finger food idea.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 (2 ounce) jar chopped pimento peppers
  • 1 teaspoon Greek seasoning
  • ground black pepper, to taste
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 2 green bell peppers, cored and cut into quarters
  • 8 slices bacon
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Combine crumbled feta cheese, diced pimento peppers, Greek seasoning, black pepper, and olive oil in a bowl. Spoon 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto each of the 8 bell pepper segments. Wrap each with a slice of bacon, secure with toothpicks, and place on a baking sheet.
  • Cook the bacon in the preheated oven until it turns golden brown and starts to get crispy, approximately 20 minutes. Serve immediately while hot.
