Turkey burgers seasoned with oregano, creamy cucumber sauce - a gyro-inspired delight!
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Yoplait® Fat Free plain yogurt (from 2-lb container)
  • 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 whole wheat burger buns, split
Instructions:
  • Preheat gas or charcoal grill. Mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl and refrigerate until serving.
  • Combine all burger ingredients in a medium bowl, excluding the buns. Shape the mixture into four patties that are 1/2 inch thick and 5 inches in diameter.
  • Grill the patties over medium heat with the lid on for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping them once after 5 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Serve the patties on buns with sauce.
