Create a delicious and simple supper using canned soup, seasoned bread crumbs, and frozen veggies. Just blend, layer, and bake for a satisfying meal in no time.
Ingredients:
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup herb-seasoned stuffing crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/4 lb), cut into 1-inch-wide strips
  • 2 cups frozen cut green beans, thawed
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease an 11x7-inch glass baking dish. Combine soup and milk in a small bowl until well blended. In a separate small bowl, mix stuffing crumbs with melted butter.
  • Start with a comforting layer of chicken followed by vibrant green beans, a velvety soup mixture, and finally a crispy topping of stuffing mixture in the baking dish.
  • Bake without covering for around 45 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the mixture is hot and bubbling.
