Indulge in a quick and decadent chocolate fondue made with rich whipping cream for a delightful appetizer in 20 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 2/3 cup whipping cream
  • 12 oz white chocolate baking bars or squares, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Kahlúa
  • 1/4 teaspoon Betty Crocker™ green gel food color
  • Large marshmallows, pretzel twists and/or whole fresh strawberries, as desired
Instructions:
  • In a 2-quart saucepan, gently heat whipping cream over medium-low heat until simmering (avoid boiling). Add white chocolate, Kahlúa, and food coloring, then remove from heat. Stir with a wire whisk until the chocolate is smooth. Transfer to a fondue pot and keep warm on low heat for up to 1 hour.
  • Skewer marshmallows, pretzels, and strawberries on fondue forks, then dunk them into the fondue.
