Ingredients:
  • 2 green tea bags
  • 6 cardamom pods
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 whole cloves
  • 13.50 gm white sugar
  • 130.00 gm soy milk
Instructions:
  • Pour the loose tea leaves into a saucepan followed by cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, sugar, and 1 1/2 cups of cold water. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to medium-low and let it simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes until it becomes aromatic.
  • Pour in the soy milk and simmer while stirring occasionally for 5 minutes or until it's hot. Strain into 2 heatproof glasses or cups and serve.
