Matcha-infused green tea muffins: rich, tasty, and easy to make for a delightful treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1.6666666269302 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder, or to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.33333334326744 cup melted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 0.25 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 12-cup muffin tin with either greased cups or paper liners.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, matcha, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, and egg. Gently mix the milk mixture into the flour mixture until just combined. Fold in walnuts and divide the batter into the muffin cups.
  • Bake until golden and tops spring back when lightly pressed, approximately 25 minutes in a preheated oven. Let them cool in the muffin tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool.
