Delicious bacon and tomato grilled cheese ready in 20 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 8 slices wheat or white bread
  • 8 slices precooked bacon
  • 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
  • 4 (3/4-oz.) slices mild Cheddar or American cheese
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons margarine or butter, softened
Instructions:
  • Assemble sandwiches by layering bacon, tomato, and cheese on half the bread slices, then top with the remaining slices. Spread margarine on the outside of the sandwiches.
  • Preheat a 12-inch nonstick skillet or griddle over medium-low heat until hot. Place sandwiches in the skillet, 2 at a time if needed, and cook for 4 to 6 minutes until golden brown, flipping once.
