Tasty grilled cauliflower with olive oil, brown sugar, and seasoned salt - perfect vegetarian summer dish!
Ingredients:
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into thick slices
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt (such as LAWRY'S®)
Instructions:
  • Prepare the outdoor grill by preheating it to medium-high heat and lightly oiling the grate.
  • Coat both sides of cauliflower slices with a drizzle of olive oil, a sprinkle of brown sugar, and a dash of seasoned salt.
  • Grill the cauliflower until char marks appear on each side, about 2 to 3 minutes. Then, transfer it to a grill-safe pan with a lid, cover, and grill until tender, approximately 20 minutes.
